This series follows Jonah as he runs from God, is arrested by God, ultimately submits to God and carries out the call God placed on his life. Jonah’s story is all of our stories. We run from God, are arrested by God, set back on the path he designed for us, and hopefully carry it out unto completion. Jonah’s story is riddled with failures, successes, disappointments, and rescues. The wrestle in all of it is who is in charge, who gets to call the shots, and ultimately how will we all finish the race of life in light of what God’s called us to?
